                                                                        Attitude
a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.

"Some people say I have attitude - maybe I do... but I think you have to. You have to believe in yourself when no one else does - that makes you a winner right there."

This quote and picture reflect attitude because having attitude is believing in yourself. you do not settle for less than you believe you can achieve. In any situation you have the power within yourself to overcome. Without attitude anyone will feel like they can just walk over you. So you need to show them you're powerful. Not in the sense that you're better than, but that you are a strong person for yourself.

"A man without a goal is like a ship without a rudder."
Thomas Carlyle

The attribute in this quote is persistence. To accomplish goals you need to be persistent to accomplish it no matter what.

This quote is inspirational because without having goals you don't have a purpose in life. you have nothing accomplish. A boat without a rudder cant move. It needs something to move it forward. Goals move people forward. Everyone should have at least 5 goals in the back of their head. it can be a big goal or small. Goals give you direction to where you want to be in life. In the end you will be able to reflect and be happy your goals were accomplished.
This relates to my 100+ life planning goals because these goals are giving me a purpose and direction on where to go.

                                                                      assertiveness
Is the quality of being self-assured and confident without being aggressive. In the field of psychology and psychotherapy, it is a learnable skill and mode of communication.

Assertiveness is your ability to act in harmony with your self-esteem without hurting others.

being assertive is different from being aggressive. being assertive means sticking to your decision and not letting the other person persuade you into doing anything you didnt want to do. i can see alot of assertiveness with parents and their kids. even when kids beg the parent still has to say no because if not the child will start to think they can get whatever they want just by insisting. assertiveness does not mean aggressive. aggression is being mean and bullying others.

Accountability
ac·count·a·bil·i·ty
əˌkoun(t)əˈbilədē/
noun
  1. the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.
"their lack of accountability has corroded public respect"

Honesty, integrity, and accountability, the values, which should be the hallmark of this government, have instead been thrown under the bus by an arrogant majority, casualties in a misguided campaign to shield from accountability those who abuse this House.

accountability is taking responsibility for your actions. i chose this quote because accountability is a big quality you should learn at home. in the picture you will see the chickens having a conversation. one chicken is telling the other to have more accountability and the other is blaming the chicken rather than acknowledging its your fault. in the long run everything will catch up to you.
